Terrible management. Stay away. My wife and I lived in a two-bedroom there for 3 years (Feb 2009 to March 2012). The only reason we picked the place was its proximity to the Intel fab, where my wife works. At the time, the previous manager was a very nice lady named Renee, if I remember correctly.
