Dr. Ettensohn and everyone at Cornerstone has been both caring and attentive to my care! They are always there for support and very quick to reaching back out on any questions!
I had a very disappointing experience with Cornerstone. They completely messed up the scheduling of my appointment, and instead of helping resolve the issue professionally, the front desk staff laughed while I was trying to figure out what was going on. It was embarrassing, frustrating, and incredibly unprofessional. When someone is coming in for care, the bare minimum should be respect and basic courtesy. I left feeling dismissed and upset rather than helped. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.
Cornerstone Psychiatric Care has been absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and they truly take the time to listen. You can tell they love what they do. I also love that it is always so clean and organized! Cornerstone Psychiatric Care has been and is one of the greatest additions to my story. Just when I’d given up on fixing my mental - I was introduced to Dr. Ettensohn and the staff at Cornerstone. Cornerstone has been an amazing help for my family and I for at least 1 year now. My therapist Jodi has been a God sent, she has prioritised my mental health while being caring, understanding and compassionate. Definitely worth a visit!
