Dr. Marc Ettensohn is well worth a visit, in addition to his amazing staff. From every phone interaction to Jaiden’s warm and comforting smile in greeting, I cannot say enough good things about this practice, nor will my words give this team the justice they deserve. Dr. Ettensohn and everyone at Cornerstone has been both caring and attentive to my care! They are always there for support and very quick to reaching back out on any questions!
I had a very disappointing experience with Cornerstone. They completely messed up the scheduling of my appointment, and instead of helping resolve the issue professionally, the front desk staff laughed while I was trying to figure out what was going on. It was embarrassing, frustrating, and incredibly unprofessional. When someone is coming in for care, the bare minimum should be respect and basic courtesy. I left feeling dismissed and upset rather than helped. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.
Cornerstone Psychiatric Care has been absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and they truly take the time to listen. You can tell they love what they do. I also love that it is always so clean and organized!
