We hired this property management company to manage our association. After a year we dumped them. Lots of problems. Some of their financial engineering for repairs approach being a scam! NOT recommended!
Very displeased. I'm new to a complex managed by them, and I've called numerous times to find out how to make a payment. No answer, then when I finally get a human being on the line, she sends me to a voicemail. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. And just so everyone knows, they only take payment in person or by mail, and you have to send in a check or money order...don't bother calling. What do they care? They have a captive "audience."
