Sidney and his crew helped me with my first home purchase and renovation project. It was a 2-flat in Albany Park. This was a 203k project. I was about to have to back out of the deal due to not being able to find a 203k certified contractor. Sidney was friendly, flexible and a good communicator. He even provided some recommendations that took some scope out of the project for himself. I enjoyed my time working with him, and still contact him for small projects or to offer referrals today.
Make sure you do your homework, especially if you are looking for quality work. This is only one of many issues I encountered with this company.
My husband and I inherited a house from my in laws about a year ago. The house is very beautiful but the bathroom and the kitchen were not so pleasant and outdated.
