Don't rent from them. They are crooks, the stolen 2 months of rent from me when I never lived there for the 2 months. Never did anything about drugs in the building. Accused me of breaking the washer when the have no proof of it. Charging me for $3,000 worth of stuff that never happened. **** sleeps with her boss from what I was told by one of the tenants. The most dishonest company I have ever came in contact with I never met with anyone in person they claim you cant even look at a property due to Covid they want you to send money order out of state then when you do he claims he wants more and unless you send it he wont give us the key . My husband and I moved into a property managed by Cornerstone Property Management on 7/27/2017. We resided at the property for three years and during our tenancy were upstanding tenants that never had a late or missed payment, never a citation or any other issue. We reported issues with the property when we found them and maintained it well. Very dishonest, poor management company. We were without hot water for two weeks and with a water softener that wasn't working for four weeks yet there was no adjustment in the rent. And when we moved out, they charged us for things that we did not add (like a magazine rack in a bathroom) - the owner did. We indicated on the move in inspection some things that were broken - like a blind on the patio. Yet they charged us for that.
