They also listen to their tenants’ concerns and try to accommodate them the best they can. They use Appfolio to communicate with their tenants when it comes to placing work orders, which is quite convenient. Aside from Amber, who was the only person who put forth any effort, the service was careless. We received no assistance or recommendations, and no one called to follow up regarding the home we were interested in; we only received an automated email from Folio.
