2025-Set up many viewings and confirmed the majority. Get a text from random number and name. Really couldn't talk to the person that was going to be there for the viewing. Viewings canceled usually the day of. Very frustrating. It's like they are such a big mgmt company now that it's a revolving door. Tenants in and out, multiple residences available just don't have the local, personal landlord feel.

I have concerns regarding the conduct of Katie and Scott at this establishment. It appears they selectively engage with residents in a manner that could be considered harassment. Additionally, it seems the company may be encouraging biased reviews by asking personal acquaintances to leave favorable feedback to counteract negative reviews. A few years ago I was renting a apartment from Cornerstone. And the place was really nice . I had some problems. And Cornerstone did an awesome job doing everything in their power to protect me. If I could rent from them in the future I would gladly do it. Despite what people say. They did an awesome job trying to protect me. I couldn't recommend cornerstone enough. Thank you cornerstone
