My fridge was leaking and they replace it with a new fridge with no problems
Experience was great! Maia and Alivia were super helpful and patient with us and answered any and all questions we had before completing the process!
The beginning process went very smoothly. A couple people really helped me along the way. It was when it came to shelving out money that made this experience horrendous. They shove hidden fees in your face and expect you to pay all of them. What was suppose to be a 1600 dollar venture was going to end up being 2500 after it's all said it done. And the house was actually disgusting.
Worst experience ever, stay away from this company at all cost. From black mold to standing water in the basement 24/7 because they filled in a drain with concrete. - If you’re a company doing work for them, they will say they “didn’t authorize the work” & won’t pay you. When they do pay it’s 3-4 months after the fact.
Not a good group. Avoid if at all possible.
