A few years ago I was renting a apartment from Cornerstone. And the place was really nice . I had some problems. And Cornerstone did an awesome job doing everything in their power to protect me. If I could rent from them in the future I would gladly do it. Despite what people say. They did an awesome job trying to protect me. I couldn't recommend cornerstone enough. Thank you cornerstone
Cornerstone Property Management is truly a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism shows in every interaction, from clear communication, documentation, to the way they handle even the smallest details with care and integrity. What stands out most is how genuinely kind and respectful they are, not only to clients, but to their employees as well.
Do not lease from this property management group. They are highly unprofessional and have poor communication skills. Most of their properties are old dirty and ran down. I have the right place 1302 Central Ave Suite 200 Fort Dodge Iowa. You guys are the worst property management group I ever leased from in my life. I’m not surprised most of you who work at cornerstone are from Fort Dodge horrible town, horrible people.
Their management of properties is badically to put lipstick on a pig! The leasing and maintenance staff are friendly enough. But so many repairs are less than half-assed. Electrical outlets are a fire hazard! Most are so worn that they wont hold a plug. They told us to duct tape the plug into the slot! A replacement socket is a couple bucks at Menards for pete sake. Parking lot snow removal is terrible too. If you have any other options, take it!!
Straight trash they take your money then accuse you for bs! And add additional fees highly not recommended save your money
