Apparently "faith based services" means being exceptionally rude, aggressive, and inconsiderate. The staff here are some of the rudest people I have ever met, and I will go out of my way to avoid them and companies who work with them. Unacceptable behavior, especially from people claiming to follow Christ's teachings. Do better. Edit, Response to owner: It's 100% your company, there is no mistake.
