Extremely disappointed with Cornerstone Property Management. They never respond to emails or answer calls, making communication impossible. Our neighborhood pays for snow removal, but the bare minimum was done. The condition of our streets is unacceptable—it's a complete sheet of ice. To make matters worse, a UPS truck got stuck in the neighborhood, and a neighbor had to step in with their own truck to tow it out. This is not the level of service we pay for. There’s a reason this company has a 1 star rating. That’s because you can’t give a ZERO! They absolutely lie about having streets treated and snow removal. They neglect their contractual obligations and do not enforce any association rules or address concerns from residents. They do however make a lot of excuses. They collect the dues and that’s about the end of their involvement. Total Joke of a company

I called and got no response. Emailed for information, no response. I have seen that Brendon has responded back to multiple people in our HOA saying our roads would be plowed. A week later still nothing. I have seen 2 different screenshots of emails he sent people saying the truck would come. He said this on two separate nights and it never came. He's just straight up lying to residents at this point.

Please don't buy a home that they manage. They don't fix anything. The sidewalks are crumpling and dangerous in areas, the playground is very outdated and desperately needs paint. The public parts of the lake are totally trashed. You pay, and get very very little back in return. Makes you wonder where the money goes. Corruption at it's finest. I'll attach a picture next time I go walking.

HOA dues are over $200 a month!! For what????? They do no snow renewal or put salt down in preparation for a storm like the houses down the street! A total rip off as I would like to see a dispersed balance sheet on what these dues pay for. I am going to go door to door to get petition signed as this is the worst HOA I have ever seen. Not transparent and dues are going for what??
