Please don't buy a home that they manage. They don't fix anything. The sidewalks are crumpling and dangerous in areas, the playground is very outdated and desperately needs paint. The public parts of the lake are totally trashed. You pay, and get very very little back in return. Our dues go to the show house up front, and that's it. Corruption at it's finest. If this continues and issues go unresolved, it may be time to petition to have my home removed from the HOA.
My experience with property manager Angela Martin has been very negative. She rarely answers calls or responds to voicemails. The only way I was able to get a response was by speaking to the company owner Ted who was very professional. When I have presented an ongoing issue Angela said I should sell my condo and move instead of taking action to solve the problem. I’ve reached out with issues that are covered in the by laws and nothing has been done.. The person who resides in the unit below mine removed her bathroom ceiling ... read more
