Upon inquiring about a particular property, I received an email back giving a day and time for a viewing asking me to confirm. I immediately replied that we would be there for the scheduled viewing and made special arrangements to leave work early to make the viewing. Upon arriving at the time given, no one was present. dont rent from them These people don't know how to return phone calls or emails for repairs or for trying to see a property. Don't take a property that the receptionist shows- only the owner. The owner is nice enough but does not track his employees and they are making good paying customers frustrated with the entire business.
I worked for a property management company several year ago. When I was recently looking for a home to rent in the area I contacted Cornerstone. To be honest, I was a little hesitant to rent through a management company because the one I worked for not very good. I found Cornerstone to be the complete opposite. Very pleased I own a rental property. I had another property management company try to rent my condo. Months later....no tenant yet. When I tried to call my old manager, it took days if they ever called me back. I switched to Cornerstone and my property rented in 2 weeks. If I call or email them, they are on top of it. I am very pleased.
Great customer service – I have been involved with this company for over 20 years. I started out renting a little house from them a long time ago. I never had any problems. A few years later I was able to buy my first home. Recently I purchased my second house. With prices so low, I decided not to sell my first house, but to rent it. I called Cornerstone and set everything up. It was like calling an old friend. The house is now rented and I couldn't be happier.
Super Service – What a pleasure to work with such nice people. I have rented from Cornerstone for 5 years. They have always listened to my concerns and made repairs promptly.
