Everything went really smoothly and to schedule with the balcony works that Cornerstone completed for me, with high quality results.
Exceptional service and delivery - at first we struggled to find a company willing to take on our project, but Cornerstone were prompt in their communication, clear in their explanation of the works required, and considerate and reliable throughout the entire process. Everyone on site was professional and friendly, which was a huge relief for us and greatly appreciated. Now the whole family adores our new balcony, which is a significant improvement upon what was there before!
I found the company on the internet under “Melbourne #1 Balcony repair company “ and submitted a request for free inspection as advertised. I had a phone call from a lady who explained to me that they don’t do this sort of repairs (the deteriorating balcony) regardless their 30+ years of experience. False advertisement.
