Worst customer service that I've probably ever experienced. Certainly from a landlord. We've been without ac for a week now, and no one has returned our phone calls or maintenance requests. Someone finally randomly showed up on Saturday to tell us that our ac is broken (obviously), and stated that he'd be back to fix it on Monday. It is now Monday evening and the maintenance request says it's been completed and we still don't have ac and it looks like NO ONE has been here.
