I do my part to pay the rent on time and they have done their part with any issues.
RecommendedI had to break my lease due to layoff because of Covid 19. They were very understanding and worked with me during this chaotic time.
I have rented from Cornerstone for the last 5 years at one of their Old Hickory properties . I can’t brag enough about them and their team. Best renting experience I’ve ever experience by far. Will and Lance have always gone above and beyond . If anything needed to be repaired it would be fixed that day or the next day. I've been renting from them for over 11 yrs at same address that says it all. Yes some repairs are going to be done and they have gone above and beyond to make it happen. I 💘 these guys so much, I will never rent with anyone else.
Worst customer service that I've probably ever experienced. Certainly from a landlord. We've been without ac for a week now, and no one has returned our phone calls or maintenance requests. Someone finally randomly showed up on Saturday to tell us that our ac is broken (obviously), and stated that he'd be back to fix it on Monday. It is now Monday evening and the maintenance request says it's been completed and we still don't have ac and it looks like NO ONE has been here. Peggy was supposed to come out and clean a rental for us before a tenant moved in but did not come to either of two appointments and we had to cancel.
They were really awesome to work with and did amazing job on helping us with the house. Thank you Will forever thing.
