Respond to your resident emails. It's not that hard. Ignored residents don't just go away. Hopefully next HOA meeting we can discuss replacing cornerstone with a management company who tries a bit. Look at all the one star reviews, all for the same general issues. Who runs this clown show?
As a vendor for CPI, we are leaving a 5 star review due to the amazing communication we have received. The managers reply fast, they include all necessary details, and still treat you as a human.

If I could it would be zero stars. Janet B is the worst manager, never has solutions, only deflects issues that come up. Makes you wonder why your HOA dues rise but her duties are less and less. Miss our old companies who were more involved and actually listened and made a difference. Right now this company does nothing makes you wonder how much better off we would be with no HOA. And if this company actually reads their reviews this is regarding premier at cave creek…. We need change asap.
