My right shoulder injury was first ignited by throwing a tennis ball to my neighbors dog. It was further injured when I was bench pressing 225. It was bad enough where 135 lbs hurt my shoulder. My family doctor referred me to Cornerstone Physical Therapy. Justin and his staff are simply the best. Justin immediately diagnosed me with an impingement.
