Staff is caring and give their attention to you when you are scheduled. One on one treatment. Small setting, bigger is not always better! Went to Gahanna site , Taylor, Jess , Justin, Sara, Emily, Charlotte. Fabulous team. Wife, Nikki was the patient.
All of my family uses this physical therapy location We have for years We all feel we have received the best treatments for all the problems we have had to be treated for I do not feel there is any other location that is as good as this one
Cornerstone Therapy in Gahanna is the BEST! From the first time I stepped into their facility they were welcoming, caring, positive, and extremely encouraging. Starting with Jess and then Taylor - and then working with Mary and even student Jacob -- I always felt cared for and cared about! During my appointments they pushed but always, ALWAYS encouraged me no matter what. THAT MATTERS! If I ever need more therapy -- I will absolutely choose CORNERSTONE PHYSICAL THERAPY - GAHANNA! Justin and his team care greatly about your recovery. They go above and beyond to taylor exercises to strengthen and rehab your areas of weakness. Kind and compassionate staff. Highly recommend. They spend extra time, never feel rushed.
The owner seems to have quite a bit of knowledge . What I was promised, is not what took place. The therapists do not stay with you. They show you how to do an exercise once and then tell you how many times they would like you to do the exercise but the problem is they keep walking away, they don’t stay with you to make sure you are completing the exercises correctly.
