Staff Lacking , Drs wonderful First of all, I love the Dr's, they have been great and very warm, but the staff there is definitely not. I am a firm believer in being polite and unfortunately the nurses in the front office make you feel like a number, very rude, and condescending. The Back nurses have always been very friendly, I just wonder if the Dr's are aware of how they treat there patients. Always friendly Pediatrician/Staff I really like this office and its' staff. Both of the pediatricians are young, which I like. They both are great with my son and they both are friendly and informative. I am confident in their abilities. The nursing staff is also very helpful when you call in. The wait time is rarely long. Amazing This doctor's office is absolutely wonderful. No exceptions. The nurses are intelligent, supportive and thoughtful. The doctor's were also attentive and more than helpful. I have a very sick infant and I am a new mother -- they were always available and never acted as if I were putting them out even though I was calling everyday. I never wait long in the waiting room and everyone including the billing people and receptionist are very courteous. I would recommend this office to everyone.
Excellent Doctors/Staff We have been going to Cornerstone Pediatrics for about 2 years now, and have always received the best service. The staff are so friendly and the doctors are always so happy and nice. Always answer all your questions. They give excellent referrals. Anytime I've called the office about a question or advice, they always get back to me right away. And they are usually right on schedule, never had to wait in the waiting room for very long. Poor Service The office staff is very unfriendly. The front staff has been very condesceding and disrespectful when you ask any questions. I have never been treated this poorly by an office staff. The doctors are too busy to listen to your concerns and don't really seem to care. You definitely don't feel appreciated! I do not recommend this office!
Awesome Pediatricians In the short while I have been bringing my child to Cornerstone, I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician. Of the 6 physicians on staff we have seen all but 2 of them. The front office staff goes out of their way to welcome you each time. The nurses are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They make it a point to get to know you by name as well. These people blatantly violated heppa laws by sharing information and then refusing treatment of a child that had been beaten on the bus in bell brook school systems. They're actions went above and beyond unprofessional Ian appalled in the manor in which this was handled. Beware DO NOT ENTRUST your loved ones health care needs to them
