I used to have so much respect for Dr. McNeil and her practice until she abandoned my family and my 8 year old daughter with Autism in the middle of a mental health crisis. She was the one person I trusted to guide us through a difficult time for our family and she dropped us. Words cannot express how disappointed I am in her as a doctor and a human being. I never in a million years would have thought that she would have handled our situation with such unprofessionalism and lack of compassion.
We have used Cornerstone Pediatrics for well over 8 years, my children's father and I have started our own business and missed a few appointments and was dropped, and Mrs.McNeil failed to give us an explanation and would not let us explain our own reasonings. My only other opinion is that we had began to refuse the flu vaccine the last few years so I believe that had something to do with it. With medicaid we are unable to switch pediatricians and our daughter needs the rest of her vaccines to start school so now she is behin... read more

Everything about this office is exceptional - from the front office staff, to nurses, to Dr. Mcneill . You can’t go wrong. The office is extremely clean/comfortable and never over crowded. Dr. Mcneill spends adequate time with her patients and truly listens to their individual needs - she is the shining example of why I seek out sole practitioner physicians. Highly recommend!
Dr. Mcniell's office is one of the few places left where you can call and the staff knows your name when they pick up the phone. Staff is super friendly and apptmnts are easy to schedule, they always have something available if you have concerns. Dr Mcniell is so kind and compassionate, and she really cares about making sure your child gets and stays healthy, I never feel rushed through a visit. Dr. Mcneill and all the staff at Cornerstone Pediatrics are the best! I love how patient and compassionate they are with my child. We never feel rushed, Dr. Mcneill takes her time and makes sure all our questions are answered at every visit.
She is such a nice person. Great with parents AND KIDS!
Amazing Doctor and staff. Very down to earth and honest and super helpful. Always there when we need them for anything!!!!
