Terrible front desk staff, and honestly Dr. Klein isn’t very great either. If you wish to experience patient abandonment, medical neglect, and unfair treatment well then this is the place for you. Don’t bother informing staff you’ll be late, Everton will deny having spoken with you. They’ll create fake appointments as an excuse to give you a no show to kick you out and bill your insurance.
