Absolutely love the medical assistants, nurses, and doctors but after today will be switching my kids elsewhere after the treatment I received from the front desk staff member. I received a call reminder for my son’s appointment, in which went to voicemail, stating my appointment was at 930 AM today. When I showed at 920 AM to get checked in I was treated like a fool for showing up to my sons appointment “late” and was being gossiped about because of it, despite showing the voicemail stating my appointment was at 930 AM.
