Staff is very unorganized, switched meeting days constantly, could never count on a timely appointment always a 2-3 hour range and last minute changes. When we asked for a referral to another program we were denied because they didn’t want our son to leave. Frankly illegal and against Patient Rights. We fought it for weeks but Wube the head nurse refused to write one. Finally found another doctor after a month to write a referral that took 2 minutes to do. Would not recommend, very unprofessional and difficult to work with.
The past few months this office has gone downhill. I constantly call and just get sent to voicemail. They never return my calls about getting my prescription refilled. This is not acceptable, this office needs a new manager.
