I'm seriously not one to be critical of others in the work force and I'm a very patient person. Everyone can have a bad day but they have TERRIBLE customer service! There is definitely a lot of room for some serious training here. Very RUDE unprofessional employees. Delivery guys have always been very pleasant; that being said maybe they could be the trainers.
These people are rude! Customer service is awful! I've ordered from them before & needed medical equipment; I had to track them down for information; they would tell me they were waiting on information from my Drs office? When I went to my doctor he couldn't believe I still didn't have my medical equipment! This place made me wait a month! Come to find out NO PREAUTH was NEEDED! I got my equipment that day! Is it cuzz I have government insurance? Humm?
