Dr Nina Casey is exceptional in every way, in my humble opinion there’s no better family physician in the state of Michigan. Truly I know of no one else that provides better family health care. She goes above and beyond in caring for her patience. She’s exceptional in every way. I’ve been her patient for nearly a quarter of a century. Her staff Tracy, Jody, Cam just to name a few are the backbone of her practice and are top notch. Simply put they are the best! Tim Gilbert
I never had a problem getting through until OBAMACARE screwed up the entire healthcare system. But with their great Doctors it's worth the wait.
I have to give this office four stars because of the care I receive from my doctor. That being said, scheduling appointments and waiting to be called back take forever. I have tried to call to cancel appointments and been met with a busy signal a few times. They then had the gall to send me a letter telling me how irresponsible I was. Needless to say, I called back until I got through and let them know I tried to call and cancel but couldn't get through. I would have to agree with the previous comment. It TRULY IS impossible to get through to get an appointment!! I've been on hold for 10 minutes & STILL waiting. There's not a freindly environment when it comes to the reception area. I have been seeing the doctors there at Cornerstone for over 12 years now & it is time for me to move on to another environment in which the patient matters!
The doctors are excellent. But this is a practice where it is very difficult to get an appointment. The phone is either busy or you have to wait on hold for over 20 minutes to get someone to pick up. Plus, the people who work the desk are very capable, but seem unfriendly. I've been with them since I moved here 8 years ago and it has become more and more impossible to reach them by phone
The doctors there are fine, always have been. Just be aware that every single receptionist you talk to either on the phone or in the office are extremely rude. They have been for years, they seem miserable and like they hate doing their job and waiting on you.
