I had an awful experience at this walk-in clinic. The front desk staff were extremely rude, no smiles making environment very unwelcoming and they spoke to patients in a very disrespectful manner. Nobody seemed to care about the patients or their concerns. I was waiting for a long time, and no one called me, so I had to go up and ask myself. Overall, very unprofessional and disappointing service.
My recent appointment with Dr. Sameh Akladious was extremely frustrating. I went in for allergies and to get recognition and explanation for my general health–related blood test results, but none of that happened. He barely listened, rushed through the visit, said it was eczema, gave me medication, and walked out of the room. I left feeling like my concerns didn’t matter at all. Dr. PATEL is very nice and professional . As a human being as well he is very helpful and of kind nature. Really appreciated
I really don’t even want to give one star. It is the worse clinic I have seen. The staff is so unprofessional. The lady at front don’t even know how to communicate. I waited there for 47 minutes then after that they sent me in room even there I waited for 35 minutes. 🙂🙂 very disappointed. Don’t recommend it at all. Many people who came after me get their check up done and gone but I waited there so long. And they said sorry 🙂 I missed my school exam. Do to this disgusting experience.
I wish I can give them 0 star. They don’t even know how to speak with the patient every time I visit there get the worst service.
