Unprofessional staff at front desk very rude behaviour and low quality service
These people are shameless and scammers. Why do they charges fee in cash and they won’t give you any receipt. Everything is being collected in the cash at the reception by taking doctors name. What’s the use of having a health card and insurance.
They don’t know the meaning of URGENT CARE. The Google information says they are open till 6:30PM we were there before 6PM the Receptionist was so blunt and rude. She blatantly denied to listen us and said We are closed.
