Dr's and nurses are great but their staff upfront have violated hipaa twice by talking out loud about billing issues. Spoke with head of billing an she confirmed that it was a hipaa violation for the ladies up front to talk about billing. They send out bills for a reason. Also anything that has been turned over to collections is no longer the offices responsibility to collect. It is also not their place to tell customers that their bills have been turned over to collections in the office where everyone sitting in the waiting... read more
