I wish I could give a 0 star review. I live here and we have had water issues 3 times in the last 6 months of living here. The sewer backed up into our kitchen and living room from multiple apartments, resulting in me cleaning up water, poop and toilet paper and carpet scrubbing. Our bathroom has flooded/leaked into our kitchen below twice and ceiling light fixtures have filled up with water twice. I live here and I travel for work, I chose this place because it has 24/7 maintenance and appeared clean. I was looking for a place safe for my wife and soon to be son being that I travel for work. That quickly changed after signing the lease. The neighbors sewer backed up across our kitchen, we left for several days waiting for a cleaning crew to clean it, they never showed up, so my wife and I cleaned, scrubbed the floors, trim, walls and disinfected several times. UPDATE** The person below who said to contact them to get the issues resolved, stopped replying to me once I told them what was going on. They literally do not care. I don’t know if that comment was automatic or what, but don’t believe they will fix your issues. They will just ignore you. DO NOT rent at 201 rose lane in North Canton. The building is infested with roaches and Ashley, the manager, refuses to believe there are any when I have pictures of everything. Currently am renting a unit and I have had nothing but the absolute best service from management. They have been very genuine and understanding! My unit was very updated and clean when I moved in and I enjoy living in it. I would definitely renew my lease with CMT properties and recommend anyone who is looking to rent!
