I had a duh moment and locked my keys in my car at Sam's Club and had to be back in Altoona within the hour. They were there within 20 minutes (like he said he would be) and I was on my way home in no time!!
Called and left a message for Chad on the Saturday of 4th of July weekend. He got back to me right away and traveled well outside of his market area to help us out with a few locks we needed changing. He was friendly, patient, efficient, and didn't cost us an arm and a leg. I would certainly recommend.
Id just like to say thank you so much for the great service! Locked my keys in my car and they showed up quickly and only took about 5 minutes to get me back on my way. Will definitely call again if i make the same mistake.

Thank you to the guy, whose name I don't know, who happened to be at the prairie trail Hy-Vee this morning! My daughter had a hold of my keys and locked the car doors as I was buckling her in her carseat. I went to go put the cart away while the keys were still in the car, not thinking she locked the doors, and sure enough I come back to find out all my doors are locked.
