After being diagnosed by my family Doctor Who recommended surgery from the Keystone partners and Dr. Ragari. They made an appointment for me for the next day and then called me back two hours later with no excuse and told me I would have to wait two weeks for an important surgery. I hope you can understand why I only gave them one star. I am in so much pain and need these hemorrhoids operated on, but they didn’t care.
Was referred to Dr. Bhuellar from another Dr. Sent to a different specialist for the procedure I'd be needing. Long story short no one Knew Dr. B had spoken with the other Dr about the procedure and I guess had Zero availability? When I called to find out never got a call back called back and was treated Horribly and then was hung up on! It's obvious you're going to cause your patients anxiety when you can't tell them anything at all. I'm very uneasy about this procedure, trusted Dr. B and this how it turned out. Dr Bhullar was great. He had to do two different surgeries for me. i healed well and am very thankful for him taking care of me.
Had to have three hemorrhoid bandings. Dr. Drelichman and his staff are the best. Very kind and caring. They take their time to listen and answer any and all questions.
Dr Drelichman as well as his staff are wonderful and have provided exceptional service. I cannot say enough about them.
