Wished I would have had a better home inspection! If so, I wouldn’t have purchased this money pit of a house that now I’m looking at thousands of dollars in home repairs! After I moved in I opened a window for it to completely fall apart on me! Old water damage! A sump pump that wasn’t even plugged in! Cracks, foundation issues, fake walls! Roof issues! Missed MAJOR issues with my house that would have been deal breakers. Sewer lines that were completely corroded out, and foundation supports that were sunk in and not supporting the home at all. Took lots of nice pictures of things that weren’t issues though. 🤷♀️
