We had a offer on our home here in Ohio, this company came out wrote things about our property that did not exist like mirrors broken, to many clothes in the closet, new bathrooms need fixing, new roof needs sealed the list goes on. Not to mention he even went to the extent of saying in his opinion that the decor is not something he would like but it is up to the buyers. Extremely disappointed in Todd and whole company. Did not provide anywhere near the level of service expected or we took for granted that everyday things like toilets, external door locks, water leaks, wood rot, and various other items would be caught. Not so with this company. Bought and sold 4 homes in 25 years, worst experience ever. They missed all above and more then claimed they missed, didn’t check, or “it wasn’t like that when we were there” . Do your homework about them. Because of COVID I was unable to walk-through the house with the inspector and because of that he didn't do his job AT ALL. After moving in, I found plumbing under my sink that was taped together that he missed, I had several holes in my sulfates of the roof, and the corner of my siding was broken and exposed. Since none of these things were listed in my inspection I didn't ask the previous home owners to fix anything since nothing major was on the report. Andrew was very professional and thorough. He arrived ahead of time and was ready to walk us through findings upon our arrival. the report was very well laid out and easy to follow.

We had an EXCELLENT inspection report with Andrew from Cornerstone. We highly recommend him. He was extremely detailed and had our best interests in mind. We had put an offer on a home not knowing the plethora of underlying issues with the home we could not see, but with Andrew’s thorough inspection he made them know to us. We backed out of the house and what a relief that was! We would have lost so much money living in an unsafe home. Thank you again Andrew and Cornerstone for taking such good care of us!

Andrew met my wife and I promptly at inspection time in New Palestine. He even waited patiently over 30 minutes in the cold for the seller to come open the house because the listing agent had not properly set/programmed the lock box. Once able to begin, Andrew was thorough, answered questions, and explained what he was looking for, as well as what was good and what was in need of repair or replacement. Kevin came out to do a flawless inspection on my now new home!! He explained everything in perfect detail, and put me at ease during the entire inspection. I will only recommend Cornerstone! Thank you guys!
