Not sure if they are still around, or changed names. But DO NOT rent from them, just don't.
I rented from them and they attempted to evict us over a noise complaint that they had no proof of. The owner/manager was incredibly rude and condescending to us because we were younger renters.
FAR from the worst landlord I’ve dealt with in Eau Claire. Rented from them a few years ago - gave us a little tote bag of popcorn/chocolates/cleaning supplies when we moved in, which was nice. No complaints.

0 stars for this Company. I havent been in this unit for more then 30days. First I pray you are required to record all calls you handle with renters in the future Doug. When the first words out his mouth were accusing me of addressing him rudely. You being a part of a company that deals with people on a day to day basis needs to work on compartmentalizing situations. If one renter you spoke with was aggressive and upset the treatment of that conversation should not be passed on to the next convo regardless of the relation. Y... read more
