the Care from this agency has been awesome to start. Everything had been taken care of !! all the requests were met however, I just got off the phone with A “Special” person who accidentally must have accidentally hung up on me , perhaps there was a language barrier ?? I’m really unsure , because he had difficulty understanding my question — I will definitely update when I speak to someone else who hopefully will be able to assist!! I’m always willing to give multiple chances because no one is perfect🙂
