terrible. the cornerstone hospice team at dr phillips hospital provided the worst experience of my life when my mother passed. unprofessional, unresponsive, but kept talking about how "gratifying it is to do this kind of work." i'm glad you're enjoying yourself while i watch my mom die. and though i've asked to be removed from their mailing list, they continue to send letters requesting donations every month. just awful.
