My brother was in hospice at Cornerstone for two weeks, and the nurses and doctors did everything they could to make him comfortable. I highly recommend this hospice for caring, pain management, and taking care of the family who is grieving at the impending death of a loved one. Special regards to Maya (Maia?) at the front desk. She was lovely, always had a compassionate smile and was ever welcoming to questions, requests for assistance and such. Heartbroken and traumatized after watching my husband suffer at the Cornerstone Hospice House in Clermont and Tavares. The doctor in Clermont (Dr. Collazo) left my husband in severe pain the first night and he was always chasing the pain thereafter. He never got ahead of it. There is nothing that can prepare you for the emotions one goes through when a loved one is passing. The love from this staff is beyond words!! My family and I were supported throughout my grandmothers transition. From Carmen Rodriguez and her family … thank you!! ❤️
We were with Cornerstone for a very short time, but they were very caring. They did get my wife into the Hospice House and she was well taken care of. It was a beautiful place with beautiful people. I owe them so much! They met us at the door and immediately made us comfortable. I can't say enough good things about them!
