We are incredibly grateful for the care my dad received during his final days at the hospice house. When he was still in the hospital and in severe pain, Giacinia, the hospice liaison, moved quickly to get him admitted to the Mike Conley House. Within just two hours, his pain was completely under control. The staff at the house were some of the kindest, most compassionate, and welcoming people we have ever encountered. My sister and I cannot thank you enough for compassionate, extraordinary care of our Mom the last 2 weeks. We could not have asked for a more peaceful, professional place for her to pass. Thanks to Dr Colazzo and all nurses and staff - we appreciated her daily baths, fresh gowns and comfortable bed. Though she may not have recognized her lovely surroundings - we surely did. May this facility be forever blessed for the sacred work you do.
There was only 1 good nurse who gave me food. She knew I was struggling they said I would have help after that was a lie but they will not stop harrassing me and keep sending me things in the mail. Even though I said stop. My husband wanted to die so fast there since they made him so uncomftable he was not ready to give up eating they fought him on what they would make They had nurses who would not flip him and nurses who gave attitudes. I want to thank all the staff at the Mike Conley Hospice house in Clermont. My mother’s final days there were as peaceful as anyone can ask for. The staff was so attentive. The facility is so peaceful and beautiful. I am so glad there is a place outside of a hospital environment to spend her final days in such peace. So very grateful
