I have had a terrible time with this company. My loan was bought by Mr. Cooper in 1/2021. Instead of paying all my property taxes, Cornerstone only sent 1/2 of it-probably because they knew the loan was moving.. So in January of 2021, I was delinquent for my property taxes. Mr. Cooper paid all of it for me as county tax office said they got nothing from Cornerstone, The online chat pple are incredibly inept, Told me several times they were escalating it.
