We were recommended this lender by our realtor. Would not recommend using them as it has been awful experience getting support from Cody and his company. All of our questions are directed to other contacts that never follow up or answer our questions. We’ve had to consistently follow up and still do not receive the assistance we request.
Crystal was absolutely amazing.You never know how good you have it until things hit the fan and you need someone in your corner. My initial lender (different company) didn't return my calls for weeks as I was trying to understand my loan options better.
