As a veteran, who advocates for fellow veterans, this is not the agency you want to get tangled up with. They started off great when Balinda, the president, and others came to meet and assess the veteran, who is quadriplegic, and relies solely on home healthcare for his medical and daily living needs. This company doesn't hesitate to give goody bags and cards on Veteran's Day and Birthdays, but cannot manage the high level of care and commitment that's promised and paid for by the VA. Initially, all seemed good with this company. Lots of plans and promises. They were quick to call and set up the first appt. All seemed quite well. But after not following thru on several commitments and lack of customer service, by the end of the 3rd week we cancelled this home health care service.

We have been with Cornerstone for almost 2 yrs. They have been very good to us. We have a lot of schedule changes due to Doctor appointments & they always work with us on changing them.
