We started needing care for my husband in October of 2022 and although we started with 8 hours a day from Cornerstone, it rapidly changed to needing 24 hour care. The staff at Cornerstone was very accommodating and we have never been left without nursing coverage. There have been a couple of times when we needed to change staff because of the fit and Cornerstone worked with us until it worked. we started using cornerstone in July 2022 to help take care of our mother. Eunice was so helpful and kind as were all the nurses and caregivers. We want to thank Maribele and Julienne who took care of our mom until we moved her to Jacksonville in October. Our mom loved them and they took wonderful care of her. She missed them so much. Special thanks to Eunice as well who came and took care of mom after hurricane Ian, when the caregivers could not get there. From the first phone call, Unice was so helpful and informative. She took the time to listen to our needs and placed Rosemary with my mother. She is a perfect fit. She is caring, professional, reliable and has developed a great relationship with my father and mother. She treats my mom with dignity and respect.
