This is a very terrible company to rent from. I have been harassed and discriminated against by the leasing manager at “Regency Pointe Apartments” ( Sury Osorio) and I have pleaded and reached out to corporate several times and no response. I agree with Tatyana's review. It is true that when you try and get help above the manager of the property that corporate just ends up giving the manager the information. This is done because corporate is lazy and basically has the manager handle everything. I have a simple question regarding something that I think the manager is lying about but I'm being told someone will contact me within 5 days.
