Super clean, friendly receptionist think her name was Katelyn . Always smiling and helpful.
I witnessed, as a medical perfessional, a family struggling with a loss, deal with the frustration of trying to get ahold of anyone from Cornerstone, for almost an hour, to pick up their loved one. Only for whatever employee to finally call back, be extremely rude, and state "if your unhappy call another funeral home," when arrangements had already been previously arranged, and paid for. It was disgusting to witness no compassion, or care, the inability to do their part, their job at that, and pick up the phone or call back ... read more

Dennis and Michael far exceeded expectations in every department. The attention to detail and level of care was outstanding. the personal touch and caring for me and my family was beyond words. Honestly felt like Dennis was put there in the right place and time. He made the hardest time of my life better. I can not praise them enough.
