What sets Cornerstone apart is their down-to-Earth, above-and-beyond, no complaints, service from Cory, Angel, and everyone else I spoke with on their team. I had a great experience with purchasing and having the product installed by them, and I was picky which they were quick to correct anything I pointed out, and realistic about what could be achieved. The carpet install was impeccable, and the vinyl sheet pattern was lined up perfectly. I can't wait for my next job with them!
Very poor communication with the customer (me). Communication was none to non-existant. It took 5 days to install vinyl plank in a 2 bdrm condo. It looks nice, however, there are/were some seams that were not laying flat and are now fixed. Owner has not reached out to see if I am happy with my install. I will never use this company again nor will I refer them to anyone. If you read this review consider yourself forewarned.
I had Cornerstore Flooring come in and replace my laminate with glue down vinyl plank in my living room. Trevor did an exceptional job. Took off my baseboards and numbered them all for ease of reinstalling them. We are so impressed with the quality and speed of the install that we will have them returning to install the same flooring in my kitchen. I highly recommend Cornerstone!
