This gym is nice, clean, and has good equipment. Rarely ever is busy and is located in a pretty convenient location. My only annoyance with my experience is that it is extremely hard to get in contact with anyone who runs the gym, both to start and to end a membership, and their contact options need to be improved. They have informed me that their new hours of operation are from 9am-1pm.

Almost impossible to cancel. You must go in person when a rep is there (which is only a couple hours a day). No website, no email, no phone number. The employees also aren’t there as often as they claim.

I have been retiring from this gym for a year and it turns out that they continue to charge me and rather they charge me more than the initial amount, which was 30 dollars per month and now they charge me 35 dollars, it really seems to me a robbery on the part of the administration since I have sent them several emails and they do not answer them but all the first of each month they charge me directly to my account. I will see if I can report them so that they stop charging me for something that I do not use.
