During what was an extremely stressful time for my wife and I , Joanna Witten of Cornerstone First Financial guided us through the process of purchasing my mother's estate after her passing. Called and talked to Doug and went over my situation for a cash out refi. He sent me one very generic scenario back without the rate or loan amount. I responded back asking what those were and I never heard back from Doug. Disappointed since most of the reviews for him and Cornerstone were pretty good. Found another company in Northern Virginia that was very responsive and am moving forward with them.
