I’ve seen Lori on and off since 2012, and she has made a lasting impact on my life. She’s incredibly personable and easy to talk to, sessions with her feel comfortable, and genuine. I have recently experienced the following issues with the billing department: -I received an urgent email stating that I owed $1,000 out of pocket for 5 separate service dates. I sent over my insurance information multiple times. Despite me explaining multiple times that my insurance was active and my premiums were up to date, they proceeded to charge my debit card a total of $575 within a month. I have nothing but good to say about Enso Counseling. Lori is fantastic and has been immeasurably helpful to my wife and I. In addition I have never experienced any issues with billing whatsoever.
