I have been going to Cornerstone Family practice for 24 years. I always get the best treatment from the doctors here and will continue to keep going here.
Excellent family medicine practice. I've been a patient for over 30 years and have always appreciated the care I received here. The same day appointments for minor emergencies have been a lifesaver on many occasions, especially when I had young children.
FCPP Dr Lam’s office used to be really good until they set up the call center. The call center will not forward calls to my Dr Lam. The Call Center refused to make an appointment for my daughter to see Dr Lam even though Dr Lam stated he would see her. My daughter had to go to another physician cause I could not get thru to Dr Lam’s office. So needless to say the Call Center has made It difficult to get with Dr Lam’s front staff. They charge you differently every time depending on the mood of the doctor, even though is something as simple as sending you for lab test. The doctors don’t follow up with you, you have to make another appointment and pay more for them to take your vitals and not give you any solution Also, they will send the medication to your pharmacy and also to Express Scripts so you will ended up with 3 bills ( one for the doctor, one for your pharmacy, and one from Express Scripts) “My wife went to a regular visit, they sent the medic... read more
