1 star rating why? Where I am happy with the medical treatment my doctor always listens and gives good advice, the poor review comes from access VERY POOR ACCESS. EVERYTIM. I have tried to contact their office whether to make an appointment or make inquire about medication, I call and on the 3rd ring I am disconnected; it takes on average 3 days of effort starting early in the morning to late afternoon constantly calling and being dropped every time by the 3rd ring like clockwork.
