Would not recommend. Hands down the worst customer service. It routinely takes 20 to 30 minutes just to get anyone on the phone—if you even get through at all. On top of that, subscription refills go ignored for weeks. To make matters worse, after 4 years as a patient, I received a text message just two days before my next appointment stating they no longer accept my Tricare insurance. This comes right after I already completed my labs, which I will now most likely have to pay for out of pocket. Incredibly unprofessional.
