Excellent family medicine practice. I've been a patient for over 30 years and have always appreciated the care I received here. The same day appointments for minor emergencies have been a lifesaver on many occasions, especially when I had young children.

FCPP Dr Lam’s office used to be really good until they set up the call center. The call center will not forward calls to my Dr Lam. The Call Center refused to make an appointment for my daughter to see Dr Lam even though Dr Lam stated he would see her. My daughter had to go to another physician cause I could not get thru to Dr Lam’s office. So needless to say the Call Center has made It difficult to get with Dr Lam’s front staff. I have been going to Cornerstone Family practice for 24 years. I always get the best treatment from the doctors here and will continue to keep going here.

Terrible ever since all the good doctors left. People are made to wait weeks for appointments and when you finally get one doctor's don't seem to care. I miss the way this practice use to be. It was the best. Now it's time to find new doctor. I was a patient for over 15 years. I will not be going back.
