It took a MONTH before I even got in as a patient. I told the big lady at the front desk that I had a UTI and asked if they accepted Blue Cross Blue Shield. She said they do. So I filled out the new patient form and handed it over. We never got a call.....so a week later, WE HAD TO CALL THEM. The front desk lady told us they needed us to fill out the insurance part of the form and that they mailed it to us.
