This was, without question, the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I had a filling done on one of my back molars, and shortly afterward the tooth developed a crack. When I returned for an emergency visit because I was in pain, I expected the problem to be fixed. Instead, the dentist only looked at the tooth and told me I needed to schedule yet another evaluation before any treatment would be done. It’s unfortunate to have to write this because the clinical side of this office is genuinely good. The dentist who treated me was kind, patient, and professional. The hygienists and assistants were equally warm and attentive. The people actually providing care deserve recognition—they made a stressful situation feel manageable, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them.
