I have always been well cared for at this clinic & I really like Dr Mastronardi
Impossible to reach the office. They are always "unavailable".
From the long waits for doctors in patients room. To being given the round around and stone walling. Several times waiting upon to 1-1/2 hours to see the doctor after nurses did initial assessments. Doctors and nursing staff coming and going. Too many headaches nowadays dealing with healthcare and community centers and its double standards and totalitarian driven systems.
This place deserves no stars. Diagnosis in my chart I am unaware of and not even able to clarify if it’s correct. Lab had to stick me 4 different times. Blood work for that specific diagnosis in my chart that was requested was not done or lost? Doctor did not follow up like she said would. Every appointment the doctor is in and out in less than 10 minutes including my annual appointment. My last Doctor appointment was scheduled for 11:40, never received a call for televisit, i had to call the doctor an hour later. When I cal... read more
So sorry to read all these negative reviews. I had a pleasant time there. Hardly waited to be seen. The doctor was knowledge and up front about my needs. Thank goodness I found a new gynecologist.
