Horrible do not go here if pregnant. They’ve had my due date off by 2 weeks this whole time and refuse to listen to me on when my last period was telling me that I told them the wrong date and refuse to change anything. Don’t listen to any concerns I have. Will consistently forget my urine sample in their bathroom so the testing doesn’t get done. The doctor and staff are friendly and professional. The company they work for , Cornerstone is the problem. There’s always a 3rd party involved. Even to make appointments over the phone. Prior Authorizations are handled not by the doctor’s office but by a Prior Authorization department. Only 2 people work in that department . They don’t do PAs over the phone. Trying to communicate with anyone at Cornerstone is near impossible and enough to raise anyones' blood pressure. There seems to be a lot of trouble communicating with other specialists within their own network; and/or, the Dr.s are not reading the patients charts.

I have been recommending my friends and family to Dr Hernandez and everyone is very happy with her care. The office staff are friendly. Dr. Hernandez is knowledgeable, listens, cares, and has helped me and my family with various health conditions.
